Q: Are you thinking about customizing your unit for the new season with some COLOR?

A: It is required that all CACHE DOLLS book a consultation before receiving our one of a kind application.

Q: I am having issues processing my order online.

A: Please send an email to customerservice@cachelux.com. Be sure to include type of hair, length and your zip code and we will send an invoice for payment. Please include in the caption “INVOICE NEEDED”.

Q: Can I return my hair if I don’t like it?

A: Due to sanitization sensitivity, we DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final. 

Q: How fast is your shipping?

A: We ship same day as long as orders are placed by 2pm central standard time.

Q: Why is my tracking number not working?

A: Fedex ground takes a few days to show its exact location.

Q: Can you leave the shipment under my door or anywhere else?

A: Unfortunately you need to sign for all shipment with Cache Luxury Hair.

Q: Can the hair be curled or straightened?

A: Absolutely yes, but we try to advice folks not to apply too much heat on their curly hair otherwise you stand a chance of making it dry.

Q: Can I color my hair?

A: Yes you can however we are not accountable for any issues resulting from coloring and processing of hair. Common side effects of over processed hair is extreme dryness and shedding/breaking of hair.
